3. 投标人资格要求
3.1 本次招标要求投标人须具构筑装建装璜工程专业承包贰级以上（含贰级）资质 ，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具备相应的施工能力 。其中 ，投标人拟派项目经理须具备构筑工程专业贰级 (含)以上注册建造师执业资格 ，具备有效的安全出产查核合格证书 (B类) 。本项目不接受有在建、已中标未开工或已列为其他项目中标候选人第一名的建造师作为项目经理 。
3.2本项目使用中国人寿保险股份有限公司电子化集中采购治理系统进行招标采购 ，投标人该当在报名功夫截止前使用谷歌浏览器在“中国人寿招标采购网（http://cpmsx.e-chinalife.com/xycms/）注册 ，注册内容及上传资料请点击网站内“供给商报名”处 ，归口单元为“中国人寿广西省分公司” ，该项目所属单元必须为“中国人寿海东分公司” 。“登录号”为系统自动天生 ，请纪录登录号及密码并保留 。投标人必须在注册成为中国人寿供给商后 ，在中国人寿招标采购网下载并填好《领取招标文件申请表》 ，按要求具名盖章后将彩色扫描件以邮箱发送至本项目联系人邮箱 。未向招标人递交《领取招标文件申请表》的 ，将不具备投标资格 。
3.3本次招标不接受结合体投标 。
4. 招标文件的获取
4.1本项目招标文件由广西建信建设项目治理有限公司统一发售 。
